Whilst we all know that change will inevitably happen it's a sad indictment of our planning system that community is destroyed by 'progress'.
What is progress ? Economic growth ?
Jericho once had a shop on just about every corner whilst progress defines that we should drive to supermarkets on a ring road where we are duped to believe that we are getting good value for money.
That same progress is shutting our useful and much needed boatyard, and doing everything it can to avoid fulfilling it's quota of social housing......plus it's pretty damn ugly and imaginative.
